On Thursday, December 17, 2020, we took part in the pairing that Luxury Spain organized at its headquarters in Barcelona, Caviar Nacarii, made in the Aran Valley.
For those unfamiliar with this product, CAVIAR comes from the Female Sturgeon. Its taste is very particular. The youngest, softest and sweetest caviar, we paired it with our Núria Claverol Blanc de Noirs (pinot noir). A very elegant fresh fine bubble cava.
Instead, the second caviar, more mature, with more intense and salty notes, we combined it with Núria Claverol Allier. A chardonnay cava with a more intense flavor where the barrel has taken part.
